Our house build by Sauers construction is a Lincoln log house! Tape lines in the drywall painfully visible. Paint all over the floor, sinks and tubes! Floor peeling up all over throughout the whole house. Ground to dryer wasn’t connected and shocked the crap out of me. Drywall not primed before paint! Bare spots on ceiling missing paint. Air conditioning until less than a year old already messed up as well as septic! Closed on this freshly built turd in June and it’s been nothing but problems since! Buyer beware because sauers will avoid being at closing!

Great builder. Very detailed in all aspects of my house. I would highly recommend Sauers to be your next builder.
